Varanda Travel was founded nine years ago, in 2017, on a simple idea: no two travellers want the same trip. What began as a small Yerevan office arranging beach holidays for friends and family has grown, year by year, into a licensed agency trusted by thousands of travellers across Armenia — without ever losing the habit that started it all: listening first, building second. In nine years we’ve sent honeymooners to the Maldives and grandparents to Lourdes, put hikers on Alpine trails and families on Red Sea sand, walked hundreds of first-time applicants through their first Schengen visa, and quietly fixed the missed connections, overbooked hotels and lost suitcases that travel occasionally throws at everyone. We’ve learned which airlines actually honour their promises, which hotels upgrade our guests because they know us by name, and which “must-see” spots are better skipped for the café two streets over. That accumulated, unglamorous, hard-won knowledge is what you’re really booking when you write to us. We don’t sell what’s on the shelf — every package starts from a blank page and your request. Nine years in, that’s still the whole business model.
