Hotel-boutique “Park hotel Artsakh” that functions in the building of the middle of 19 century, fully restorated in 2011, is situated in the center of the capital of Artsakh (Nagorno Karabakh), near the park of Ashot Gulyan and the cathedral under construction. It is the only hotel in Artsakh which is situated in the building recognized as the historical and cultural  monument .  An original traditional style and design of the hotel, amazing views from the windows and space public zones, occupying one third of all squares distinguish the hotel from others. All the rooms of the hotel, though having general style of design, are projected individually. Public zones are decorated with the sculptural compositions and pictures of the local famous artists. At guests' service are restaurant, lobby bar, summer café, souvenir shop, business centre, library and the biggest in the country conference hall. Change point, ATM Machine and international telephone line are also available. 52 beds, 1 president apartment, 1 double-room apartment, 2 rooms de luxe, 4 singles and 20 double rooms.
